Are you drinking enough water?
I take a water bottle with me everywhere I go. Water is key for weight loss, helping with your GI track, your skin will thank you, and it flushes the toxic out of your body.
Are you drinking enough water? That’s my question to you. It’s easy to calculate how much water you should be drinking a day. Take your body weight and divide this number by 2.
For example, a person who is 185/2 would get 92.5. 92.5 is the number of ounces a person who is 185 pounds should drink in a day. Need help with getting your daily water intake? Take the 30-day water challenge.
- Calculate the amount of water your body needs daily. Take your total body weight and divide it by 2. This number will tell you the number of ounces to drink daily. As you start to lose weight, you will need to adjust this number.
- Print out the “30 Day Water Challenge” printable to help you stay on track. The other option is to download a free water challenge app on your phone or tablet.
- Post on Instagram or Facebook to encourage your friends to join the challenge. #30Daywaterchallenge
- Find a fun water bottle! I recommend a glass water bottle for infused flavored water. For this challenge, I am using the Glasstic Shatterproof Glass Water Bottle.
